For some reason, fish and tacos just don't settle with me.
My daughter worked for many years in a restaurant and when we visited her, I tried the shrimp taco on their menu. They were good. I even made them at home and those who ate them said they were really delicious.
But to me, shrimp and fish are two very different tastes. I love shrimp so I would try anything made with the curly striped crustations.
I'm not sure why today was the day, but I decided to find a recipe for fish tacos because we've had a bag of tilapia in the freezer for some time. We can't let it go to waste, especially in these times. Tilapia is one of my favorite white fish.
So here we go. I would have loved to create this recipe on my own but why invent the wheel, right?

Fish Taco Sauce
I liked making this recipe especially because it was out of my comfort zone and I knew my family would enjoy them.
